• An order is binding only after cart validation and acceptance of these terms, then payment confirmation (or written acceptance of a quote).
• A deposit may be required under the quote; the balance is due according to the agreed schedule.
• In case of late payment, penalties and a fixed recovery fee may apply as provided by law.
• Delivery or performance times are indicative unless expressly agreed; the customer provides required materials within the agreed timeframes.

Delivery terms (carrier, times, fees) are shown at checkout. Risk transfers according to applicable law (consumer / professional).

Under the French Consumer Code, consumer customers have fourteen (14) days to withdraw without giving a reason, subject to legal exceptions (goods liable to deteriorate quickly, unsealed goods, etc.).

To exercise this right, send a clear request to contact@masociete.com. Return and refund arrangements will be confirmed in writing.

My Company performs its services in accordance with professional standards and agreed specifications. Products benefit from legal conformity and hidden defect warranties where applicable.

Liability of My Company is limited to the VAT-exclusive amount actually received under the relevant contract or order over the preceding twelve months, except for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or mandatory legal provisions to the contrary.

Not covered: indirect damages, loss of turnover, data loss not attributable to My Company, or failures linked to the customer’s technical environment or third parties outside My Company’s control.

Any claim must be sent in writing to contact@masociete.com within a reasonable time after discovery of the triggering event.

These terms are governed by French law. Failing amicable resolution, disputes are submitted to the courts of the registered office of My Company, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
